QC Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all on-site quality activities, including the assignment of QC Engineers, Inspectors, and Document Controllers
• Report to the Project Manager and Division QC Manager regarding project quality matters
• Review and monitor the application of Company IMS Policies and Procedures at the project level
• Evaluate contract requirements to determine if existing IMS documents are sufficient or if project-specific versions are required
• Perform regular reviews and critical inspections for large-scale capital projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized university
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification
• Minimum of 20 years of total professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Manager specifically within Oil & Gas EPC projects (covering Pipeline, Piping, Process Equipment, Structures, Painting, Coating, and Insulation)
• Valid ADNOC approval as a Construction Quality Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
