QC Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all quality activities for the Oil, Gas and Chemicals Division, including Engineering and Procurement phases.
• Oversee project site quality staff, including QC Engineers, Inspectors, and Document Controllers.
• Review and monitor the application of Company IMS Policies and Procedures at the project level.
• Set up, manage, and train the Division’s Project Site Quality staff.
• Conduct frequent site visits and cooperate with Project Site QC Managers to oversee quality activities.
• Coordinate with Division Management, Project Directors, and Client Quality Management to resolve site quality issues.
• Lead required Project Quality Internal Audits and drive quality improvement proposals.
• Review contract requirements to determine the necessity of project-specific IMS documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized university.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.
• Minimum of 20 years of total professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Manager specifically within Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Proven experience managing QA/QC functions across Pipeline, Piping, Tanks, Process Equipment, Structures, Painting & Coating, and Insulation.
• Mandatory ADNOC approval as a Project Quality Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
