QC Lab Technician

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes and test raw materials and work-in-process for quality standards
• Analyze final products using required laboratory tests
• Ensure proper aseptic sample methods for microbiological samples
• Calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment to specified standards
• Maintain lab cleanliness according to GMP or GLP standards
• Organize and maintain required paperwork and documentation
• Utilize DocBox and SAP for results entry and release
• Monitor inventory levels of laboratory supplies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field or at least six months of laboratory experience
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and database programs
• Ability to interpret testing results and follow SOP documents
• Ability to calculate rates, ratios, percentages, and volumes using metric equivalents
• Ability to lift or move materials up to 25 lbs
