QC Inspector

Responsibilities

• Undertake sampling activities for API and Raw Materials
• Inspect incoming packaging components, drug supplies, and part-finished or finished products within agreed timelines
• Manage the approval, hold, or rejection of items on the SAGE system based on inspection results
• Liaise with the QC Inspector Team Leader and QA department regarding the disposition of materials that do not match specifications
• Collaborate with Project Managers, supervisors, and managers to ensure operational alignment
• Comply with all internal and external Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
• Ensure compliance with GMP procedures and maintain up-to-date training files and SOP compliance
• Participate in general housekeeping and continuous improvement activities within the department

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) or specific quality assurance qualifications
• Knowledge of statistics and their application is desirable
• Ability to work within a strict GMP environment
