QC Inspector (Painting/Coating)

Responsibilities

• Review project technical specifications, drawings, and BOQ to determine quality and engineering criteria for materials and workmanship
• Perform verification inspections of work elements to ensure compliance with established procedures and project requirements
• Participate in on-site receiving inspections of coating and painting materials
• Prepare and review concrete specifications, mix designs, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
• Conduct coating and painting testing standards and inspections for onshore and offshore Oil & Gas construction

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Coating & Painting QC Inspector in the Oil & Gas industry
• NACE Level II or CSWIP / BGAS Grade 2 certification
• Familiarity with Shell DEP and international codes and standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy
• Fluency in English
• Previous experience working with ADNOC projects is preferred
