QC Inspector

Responsibilities

• Inspect civil, structural, and finishing works including formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring
• Monitor blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and compaction
• Verify architectural finishing such as tiling, gypsum, joinery, and painting
• Coordinate with third-party laboratories for material testing and review results
• Prepare and submit IRs/RFIs and maintain QA/QC documentation logs
• Identify non-conforming work and coordinate corrective actions and NCR closures
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and site engineers for inspections

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or equivalent
• 7+ years of QA/QC experience in civil and finishing works
• Strong understanding of civil and architectural construction standards
• Experience working with UAE consultants and QA/QC processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
