QC Inspector I

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspection and testing using approved procedures, quality procedures, and visual aids
• Document all testing results and assist with electronic data entry
• Review Device History Records (DHRs) for completion and the release of non-sterile products
• Conduct destructive testing and other various QC testing as required
• Inspect finished goods components per specifications using various measuring devices
• Provide input regarding documentation gaps and potential process improvements
• Demonstrate good manufacturing practices (GMP) including accurate recordkeeping

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in a QC or manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel)
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work in a controlled clean environment
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and ISO standards is desirable
