QC Inspector I

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspection and testing using approved procedures, quality protocols, and visual aids
• Document all testing results accurately and assist with electronic data entry
• Review Device History Records (DHRs) for completion to ensure the release of non-sterile products
• Conduct destructive testing and inspection of finished goods components using various measuring devices
• Provide input regarding documentation gaps and potential process improvements
• Maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and recordkeeping standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a QC or manufacturing environment preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work in a controlled clean environment and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of GMP, FDA, and ISO standards
• Experience using various precision measuring devices
