QC Inspector Electrical

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain QA/QC control documentation and organize inspection papers and photos
• Perform daily inspections of in-process units to ensure sealing, part completeness, and high quality
• Conduct sub-assembly inspections for components including motors, coils, evaporators, furnaces, and paint
• Complete final unit inspections and review documentation to prepare unit packages
• Inspect technical drawings and marking/breaking work to ensure accuracy
• Report any observed safety issues or production deficiencies to the Quality Supervisor
• Assist with the education and training of other inspectors and production team members

Requirements

• Experience with QA/QC documentation maintenance
• Ability to perform in-process, sub-assembly, and final unit inspections
• Proficiency in drawing inspection and technical review
• Reliable transportation to the Nisku facility
• Ability to work either Monday to Thursday night shifts or rotational day shifts
• Ability to stand for long periods in a commercial/industrial environment
