About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain QA/QC control documentation and organize inspection papers and photos
- Perform daily inspections of in-process units to ensure sealing, part completeness, and high quality
- Conduct sub-assembly inspections for components including motors, coils, evaporators, furnaces, and paint
- Complete final unit inspections and review documentation to prepare unit packages
- Inspect technical drawings and marking/breaking work to ensure accuracy
- Report any observed safety issues or production deficiencies to the Quality Supervisor
- Assist with the education and training of other inspectors and production team members
Requirements
- Experience with QA/QC documentation maintenance
- Ability to perform in-process, sub-assembly, and final unit inspections
- Proficiency in drawing inspection and technical review
- Reliable transportation to the Nisku facility
- Ability to work either Monday to Thursday night shifts or rotational day shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods in a commercial/industrial environment
