QC Inspector

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to effectively assess product quality
• Document and report any nonconformities or defects found during inspections
• Perform functional and visual tests on products to ensure they meet performance requirements
• Work closely with production teams to provide feedback and guidance on quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of inspection processes, findings, and corrective actions taken
• Assist in the development of quality control procedures and best practices
• Participate in team meetings to discuss quality issues and updates

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical education in quality control or a related field preferred
• Proven experience as a QC Inspector in manufacturing or construction
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and inspection processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications accurately
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with quality control tools and statistical process control
• Relevant certifications in quality inspection are a plus
