QC - Green Coffee

Responsibilities

• Perform roasting, grinding, and preparation for coffee cupping processes
• Implement physical analysis on offers, pre-shipment, and shipment samples
• Prepare offer and Pre Shipment Samples (PSS) for clients
• Conduct sensorial tasting (Cupping) to determine coffee quality
• Implement replacement formulas to meet client requirements
• Identify quality issues and propose effective solutions
• Ensure QC lab equipment is calibrated and maintained
• Control QC records and retain samples for certified coffee programs
• Register QC information in the system

Requirements

• BS or equivalent in Food Science or Biology
• 1+ years of related experience
• Ability to travel frequently to the field
• Disciplined and well-organized work habits

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate in coffee cupping
• English language proficiency
