QC Environmental Monitoring

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring of B/C/D grade areas, utilities, disinfectants, and Bioburden
• Prepare materials, incubate, read plates, and record results in the information system
• Manage deviations and biovalidations, including material preparation and documentation
• Compile technical documentation, collect data, and analyze results
• Support PPQ (Process Performance Qualification), air monitoring (active and passive), and surface monitoring
• Manage Media Fill activities during at-rest, in operation, and post-operation phases

Requirements

• Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or similar field
• At least 6 months of experience in microbiological environmental monitoring
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Availability to work Monday to Friday on shifts (06:00–14:30 or 14:00–22:00)
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office
• Residence in the Modugno (BA) area or surrounding regions
