QC Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Execute high‑quality product inspections across all Jewellery categories
• Maintain accurate product data and documentation in internal systems
• Support stock integrity and movement in coordination with Logistics
• Identify quality issues and risks, proposing corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including hallmarking and Chain of Custody
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Merchandising, Logistics, and Workshops
• Contribute to quality reporting and analysis to reduce failure costs
• Support operational and administrative processes within the QC function

Requirements

• Experience in quality control, product handling, or supply chain operations
• Experience in luxury, jewellery, or high‑value product environments preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing or craftsmanship standards
• Highly organised with strong time‑management skills
