QC Clerk

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and organize QA/QC documentation, records, reports, and correspondence.
• Control, track, and distribute quality-related documents between site and office teams.
• Ensure proper filing, storage, and retrieval of quality records in both electronic and hard-copy formats.
• Maintain document registers, revision logs, and quality record databases.
• Compile and manage inspection reports, test reports, material certificates, and calibration certificates.
• Assist QC Inspectors and Engineers in collecting and recording inspection and testing documentation.
• Prepare document transmittals, submissions, and quality dossiers for client review and project handover.
• Monitor and track NCRs, punch lists, and corrective action documentation.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and records.
• Perform site visits as required to collect, verify, and update quality records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• 1–4 years of experience in QA/QC documentation, document control, or administrative support.
• Experience within the Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, or Industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with document management systems such as Aconex, SharePoint, or EDMS.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in remote locations, including offshore or desert environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in both project site and office environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
