QC Analytical Expert

Responsibilities

• Manage and process deviations, change controls, and OOT/OOS cases
• Support the Laboratory Manager in reviewing and releasing testing documentation
• Create documentation for validation and project activities
• Develop and maintain analytical methods in electronic systems (e.g., Empower)
• Perform audit trail reviews for computerized systems such as Empower, Tiamo, and Syngistix
• Execute equipment qualifications including DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ
• Manage SAP master data and electronic change requests
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate optimization and compliance projects
• Create, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Support audits and inspections

Requirements

• University degree in a natural science field, preferably with an analytical focus
• Proven experience in Quality Control within a GMP environment
• Expertise in HPLC with a focus on protein analysis
• Experience in software validation and the qualification of analytical laboratory equipment
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Structured working style and ability to work effectively in a team
