QC Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform QC testing for CAR-T products in IPC laboratories ensuring compliance with GMP regulations
• Conduct environmental monitoring by sampling non-viable particles and microorganisms
• Collaborate with Quality and Operations departments to transition analytical testing to production
• Review and approve QC data and manage test results in eLIMS software
• Create and review QC documents, SOPs, and work instructions
• Contribute to process optimizations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in lab technologies or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills in Dutch and technical English
• Ability to work with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under time pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in an aseptic production facility within QC or QA
