QC Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced QC testing for CAR-T products in IPC laboratories following GMP regulations
• Conduct environmental monitoring including sampling for particles and microorganisms
• Collaborate with Quality and Operations departments to transition analytical tests to production
• Review and approve QC data and manage test results in eLIMS software
• Draft QC documents, SOPs, and work instructions while contributing to process optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in laboratory technology or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and technical English
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to deliver quality work under time pressure
• Fast learner with a curiosity for quality processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in an aseptic production environment within QC or QA
