QA/QC

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance and control plans in accordance with national and international standards (CFE, NOM, IEC)
• Verify materials, installation procedures, testing protocols, and site records
• Conduct daily technical inspections and generate photographic and documentary reports
• Initiate and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions
• Oversee the execution of technical tests including megger, TTR, insulation resistance, and dielectric tests
• Participate in progress meetings and present technical and quality updates at the executive level
• Coordinate the technical and documentary closeout of projects
• Collaborate with planning, supervision, and PMO teams to ensure timely deliverables
• Represent the company in audits, inspections, or client and regulatory reviews

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as QA/QC in industrial projects
• Expertise in high/medium-voltage substations and transmission lines
• In-depth knowledge of Mexican energy sector quality standards (CFE, NOM)
• Strong skills in documentation, record control, and executive-level reporting
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to perform under pressure with a results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in QA/QC, ISO 9001, or PMP
• Experience with digital quality control tools and collaborative platforms
• Background in LEAN Construction, Scrum, or other agile methodologies
• Previous experience with CFE-related projects
