QA/QC Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and collaborate with project stakeholders and internal teams
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule slips
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied
• Manage supplier interfaces through monthly trackers and weekly reviews
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, and general contractors
• Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field
• Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance
• Review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs
• Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of project management experience with mechanical systems in the built environment
• Background in design or construction with mechanical or BMS controls experience
• Experience in vendor equipment factory quality control or commissioning mechanical systems in mission critical data centers
• Proficiency managing construction documents including BODs, specifications, and RFIs
• Proficiency in Procore, Project, Smartsheets, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
