QA/QC Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all QA/QC activities for the QXY Project to ensure compliance with project specifications and QCS.
• Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and protocols in line with international standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction activities and identify potential quality issues.
• Review and approve contractors' QA/QC plans and ensure their effective implementation on-site.
• Maintain communication with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Perform root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement necessary preventive measures.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive QA/QC reports, including non-conformance reports and corrective action plans.
• Provide training and support to project teams and contractors regarding QA/QC processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC management within construction projects.
• Mandatory MMUP Registration.
• In-depth knowledge of Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and international quality standards.
• Proficiency in using QA/QC software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with road and infrastructure development processes.
