QA/QC Laboratory Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute quality control tests on plant products, mining samples, and raw materials
• Analyze finished product samples to ensure compliance with established specifications
• Complete quality control records and prepare detailed reports accurately and punctually
• Prepare quality certificates based on production and customer requirements
• Manage production samples, including classification, weekly sampling, and data entry
• Prepare and dispatch samples to external laboratories or customers
• Maintain laboratory equipment through basic maintenance and regular calibration
• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects using Lean Sigma methodologies
• Ensure compliance with quality standards including ISO, HACCP, HALAL, and KOSHER

Requirements

• Higher degree (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) in Laboratory, Chemistry, or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar laboratory roles
• Proficiency in analytical techniques for industrial quality control
• Experience with the handling and calibration of laboratory equipment
• Intermediate skills in office software and data management tools
• English language proficiency at a B1 level or equivalent
• Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001)
• Ability to work exclusively on Saturdays at the Yuncos plant
