QA/QC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the quality of all engineering construction activities across Civil, Architectural, and Structural disciplines.
• Manage all QA/QC documentation, including certificates, calibration records, test results, inspection requests, and non-compliance reports.
• Develop and implement inspection standards, testing methods, and procedures to maintain high-quality project standards.
• Review site materials to ensure full compliance with project specifications and collaborate with procurement teams.
• Supervise the implementation of test and inspection schedules and coordinate quality audits across various teams.
• Develop method statements for activities, including risk assessments and job safety environmental analyses.
• Create test plans and checklists based on specific project requirements.
• Liaise with Technical Engineers for material submittals and coordinate inspections with Consultant representatives and Site In-charges.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Roadworks and Utilities.
• Proven experience working with RTA Dubai standards and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive experience with quality assurance methods and tools.
