QA/QC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and checklists to meet project quality requirements
• Conduct inspections and audits throughout all phases of engineering projects to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Identify and document non-conformities and work with project teams to resolve issues
• Compile and maintain detailed records of quality control activities, inspections, and test results
• Promote continuous improvement by analyzing quality data and recommending solutions
• Provide training and support to project staff on quality assurance processes
• Participate in project meetings to discuss quality issues and updates
• Stay informed of industry standards, regulations, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer or in a similar role within the engineering industry
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools
• Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret technical documents, specifications, and quality standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of quality assurance software and tools
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO or ASTM is a plus
