QA/QC Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain project Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with client requirements and international standards.
• Monitor and inspect civil construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and related project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections, surveillance audits, and quality assessments throughout project execution.
• Verify material approvals, test reports, calibration certificates, and quality records.
• Raise, track, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and Preventive Action Reports.
• Witness field testing activities and review laboratory test results for concrete, soil, asphalt, and other materials.
• Maintain proper documentation, inspection records, and quality dossiers for project handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC for civil engineering projects.
• Valid ADNOC Approval as a QA/QC Civil Engineer (Mandatory).
• Extensive experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, infrastructure, or major industrial projects.
• Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001, ASTM, ACI, BS, and relevant civil engineering standards.
• Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working on ADNOC projects.
• GCC-based experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in preparing technical reports and quality documentation.
