QA/Process Specialist - RCM

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks and audits on all processed claims in accordance with quality policies and client SOPs
• Manage RCM processes including Billing, Cash Posting, Credit Balance, Accounts Receivables, and Denial Management
• Monitor and analyze key RCM metrics such as Days in AR, Ageing above 90 days, Collections, and bad debt
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly audit metrics reports to the leadership team
• Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve process accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns, presenting actionable findings to leadership
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers to address identified gaps and set up calibration sessions
• Develop and maintain documentation for quality-related MIS work to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience
• 2+ years of experience in relevant RCM functions performing quality audits
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for reporting and data analysis
• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple reporting tasks simultaneously in a changing technical environment

• Lean Six Sigma certification or other quality-related certifications
