About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks and audits on all processed claims in accordance with quality policies and client SOPs
- Manage RCM processes including Billing, Cash Posting, Credit Balance, Accounts Receivables, and Denial Management
- Monitor and analyze key RCM metrics such as Days in AR, Ageing above 90 days, Collections, and bad debt
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly audit metrics reports to the leadership team
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve process accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns, presenting actionable findings to leadership
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers to address identified gaps and set up calibration sessions
- Develop and maintain documentation for quality-related MIS work to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry experience
- 2+ years of experience in relevant RCM functions performing quality audits
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for reporting and data analysis
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple reporting tasks simultaneously in a changing technical environment

- Lean Six Sigma certification or other quality-related certifications
