QA Tester

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional needs and specifications
• Design, write, and maintain test plans and test cases
• Execute test campaigns (functional, regression, UAT, exploratory)
• Identify, qualify, and track anomalies using tracking tools
• Collaborate with development teams, POs, and business stakeholders
• Participate in Agile rituals and adhere to client quality standards
• Contribute to QA process improvement and test automation

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in testing/quality assurance
• Experience in an ESN environment preferred
• Mastery of testing methodologies and the IT project lifecycle
• Proficiency with test and anomaly management tools (Jira, Xray, HP ALM, TestRail)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments
• Knowledge of API, databases, and CI/CD
• ISTQB certification is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Test automation skills (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman)
• Ability to adapt to various client contexts
• Autonomy, rigor, and synthesis skills
