QA Test Lead

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on the design and implementation of comprehensive Test Activities
• Advise on all aspects of QA including establishing metrics and applying industry best practices
• Develop, plan, execute, and maintain test cases, scripts, plans and protocols
• Participate in the deployment of enhancements, upgrades and major implementations
• Complete User Acceptance Testing to validate end-to-end business flow
• Identify opportunities for test process improvement
• Establish and evolve formal QA processes
• Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases
• Work with project management to meet testing milestones
• Lead, collaborate, and mentor QA team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems or Computer Science
• 7+ years of experience in Software Development and Quality Assurance
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional Testing, Performance and Scalability Testing, Manual and Automated Testing
• ISTQB Certification
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall development environments
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
