About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web-based applications and web services in a client–server environment
- Script C# code to test services and UI as per project needs
- Execute Sanity, Functional, End-to-End integration, and Regression testing independently
- Adhere to SCRUM guidelines, test strategies, and test plans
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Project Managers, and BAs for successful test coverage
- Escalate and follow up on blocking issues and deviations from SOPs
Requirements
- Knowledge of .Net, SQL, and Automation using C# or Java
- Understanding of Test Management processes
- Experience in API testing and SOAP/REST service automation
- Strong understanding of SQL concepts and UML
- Experience with Scrum methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes
Preferred Qualifications
- BE/MCA or equivalent degree
- 0–2 years of experience in Software Development or Testing with API test automation experience
