About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Unit, System, CIT & SIT plans aligned to the integrated programme plan
- Coordinate schedules, environments, test data, and business participant availability
- Manage SIT entry and exit criteria and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Support the defect management process, including triage, prioritisation, and resolution
- Track test execution progress and report status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
- Identify and manage testing risks and dependencies between interrelated testing streams
- Ensure testing activities comply with agreed QA processes and maintain traceability
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software testing
- 5+ years of team leadership experience
- Experience in large scale front-office, middle-office, and back-office programme delivery within asset management or financial services
- Deep understanding of OEMS End-to-End life cycle covering all asset classes
- Experience implementing BlackRock Aladdin Platform
- Experience leading business test execution using manual and automated testing practices
- Familiarity with JIRA
- Certification in testing practices
