Responsibilities

• Conduct organoleptic and analytical tests at various stages of compounding and packaging
• Use instrumentation including pH meters, Refractometers, HPLC, and FTIR
• Submit samples for microbiological testing and calculate batch adjustments
• Approve batches for packaging and manage non-conforming products
• Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation
• Prepare reagents and solutions for testing
• File and maintain retained samples and manage inventory movements in SAP
• Conduct in-line audits and product assessments for specification compliance
• Coordinate with production and regulatory teams on quality issues
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are followed

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in laboratory testing in a manufacturing environment
• 1-3 years of experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Food safety
• Understanding of Safety Fundamentals
