QA Technical Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to support quality functions, including leading daily operations and managing preventive maintenance.
• Manage auditor resources to support quality function activities and meet targeted indicators.
• Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Standard Work Instructions (SWI), and On the Job Training documentation.
• Conduct investigations into non-conformance, write root cause reports, and evaluate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop and execute skill matrices, training plans, and measurement systems including jig design and MSA.
• Manage stock containment, unblocking stock, and ensuring all quality records are maintained for lot traceability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and product quality.
• Competency in performing competency assessments in accordance with assigned work tasks.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality assurance principles.
