QA Sr. Specialist, GDP and Partner Management

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries regarding quality matters
• Establish and maintain international partnerships and provide ongoing quality support
• Drive effective communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners
• Establish and maintain processes and procedures for partner management
• Support internal stakeholders with various GDP-related tasks
• Manage the supplier lifecycle and collaborate with external GDP suppliers

Requirements

• Master's degree in Pharmacy or a relevant academic field
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
• Thorough experience within both GDP and GMP frameworks
• Fluency in English
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, international, and highly dynamic setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in partner management or project management
• Ability to work flexibly with occasional meetings outside normal business hours to accommodate global time zones
