Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day compliance activities and draft document revisions
- Plan, schedule, and support internal and external audits end-to-end
- Identify and document quality issues and recommend practical solutions
- Monitor quality performance against targets and share insights with leadership
- Support and maintain Nuclear Quality Management System (NQMS) systems
- Deliver and coordinate QA training and keep materials current
- Review and log client feedback to drive corrective actions
- Reinforce a strong nuclear safety mindset and support human performance behaviors
Requirements
- Familiarity with CSA N299, CSA N286, and the Canadian nuclear regulatory framework
- Experience in auditing, lead auditing, or project management
- Proficiency in root cause analysis and technical writing
- Strong technical writing skills and ability to present findings to senior leadership
- Commitment to nuclear safety culture and human performance behaviors
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in nuclear QA environments
- Experience managing non-conformance workflows
