Responsibilities

• Conduct QA and post-disbursement reviews on embedded lending
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal and external parties
• Validate and centralize credit documentation
• Review business processes and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in credit and/or credit operations
• Strong knowledge of unsecured loan processes and policies
• Willing to learn and travel occasionally
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Meticulous with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Already based in Kalimantan
