QA Release Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review and approve manufacturing batch records and supporting documentation for GMP and GDP compliance
• Assess deviations, perform risk analyses, and initiate non-conformances
• Make quality decisions in SAP S/4 to ensure batches are ready for final release
• Ensure all activities align with quality systems, safety policies, and GMP regulations
• Collaborate with Operations and stakeholders for timely batch disposition
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for batch record review processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in an aseptic manufacturing environment within pharma or biotech is preferred
• Experience in a GMP and/or QA environment is a strong asset
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Dutch
• Experience with SAP S/4
