QA/QC Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise QA/QC and inspection teams across various projects
• Establish and manage office setup, including operational processes and administrative structure
• Conduct and manage internal and external audits as a Lead Auditor
• Ensure strict compliance with international standards and client specifications
• Attend client meetings, technical discussions, and professional presentations
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the oil & gas sector
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Support proposal preparation and project acquisition efforts
• Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to all team members

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience in a senior supervisory role
• Strong background in QA/QC, inspection, and auditing
• Experience in business development and client engagement
• Experience in office setup and operations management
• Mandatory CSWIP, BGAS/NACE, and Lead Auditor Certifications
• Must possess a valid UAE driver's license
