QA/QC Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement and supervise the project Quality Plan.
• Verify that all activities are executed according to approved plans, technical specifications, and procedures.
• Manage quality inspections and tests for civil, mechanical, and electrical activities.
• Monitor non-conformities (NCR) and verify the implementation of corrective actions.
• Ensure traceability and control of all project quality documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors and supervisors to ensure correct execution of inspected activities.
• Prepare quality reports and indicators for project management.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to the quality management system.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects.
• Proven experience in renewable energy projects, such as photovoltaic plants, electrical substations, or transmission lines.
• Professional degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Deep knowledge of implementing Quality Plans and managing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
• Proficiency in technical document control and quality record traceability.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction procedures.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Full availability for onsite field work.
