QA/QC Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain project quality systems for a major PMC ADNOC project
• Ensure full compliance with ADNOC specifications and international quality standards
• Oversee all project inspections and audits
• Coordinate closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure quality alignment
• Drive continuous improvement in quality performance throughout the entire project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Required)
• Minimum of 20+ years of experience in the execution of FEED/EPC contracts within the Oil & Gas industry
• At least 5 years of experience working within the GCC region
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar QA/QC Manager role for international major Oil & Gas EPC projects
• Proven track record of handling mega Oil & Gas projects valued at over $1 billion USD
