QA/QC Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and structure the Quality Department, providing direct authority over quality processes and personnel
• Implement Quality Manuals, procedures, and applicable project requirements such as ITP and JI
• Develop, publish, and implement company-wide quality policies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct internal audits and external audits of outsourced processors
• Manage and maintain the Non-Conformance Log and process customer complaints or claims
• Assess the performance of welders, NDE Technicians, and Inspectors regarding certifications
• Review and approve work orders and provide monthly status and management review reports
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
• 10-15 years of professional experience in fabrication or inspection
• AWS and CWI certifications
• ASNT NDT Level III certification
• Proficiency with Xenon Weld Logging and NDE Selection/NDE Report Entry
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
