QA/QC Manager-CCGT

Responsibilities

• Develop QA/QC procedures for CCGT project execution in accordance with PPA, EPC Contract, and ISO standards
• Review quality documents, including MSRA, ITP, inspection checklists, and procedures submitted by the EPC Contractor
• Lead QA/QC engineers in monitoring and inspecting EPC Contractor works across Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings and technical specifications
• Identify and highlight quality-related issues to the construction team and provide technical advice
• Support the Project Manager/Director with tasks related to project schedule controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent field
• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically in CCGT Power Plants
• Strong understanding of international codes and standards, including ASME, API, and IEEE
• Proficiency in MS Office software
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to coordinate with EPC contractors and internal departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working on projects within the GCC region
