About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all QA/QC activities including QA/QC Plans, ITPs, material receiving, inspections, and final handover
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) aligned with ISO 9001 and client requirements
- Conduct inspections at all stages including material receipt, installation, pre-commissioning, and completion
- Witness and verify inspections, testing, commissioning, and functional checks as per approved standards and codes
- Prepare, review, and maintain QA/QC documentation such as method statements, inspection records, and handover dossiers
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and third-party inspectors to address quality issues
- Monitor QA/QC performance metrics and implement corrective actions to enhance quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience
- Experience in electrical, instrumentation, and civil interface works
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Knowledge of IEC standards or equivalent international standards
- Proven experience in inspections, testing, commissioning, and QA/QC documentation
