QA/Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous end-to-end functional, visual, and cross-browser QA testing on websites and landing pages to ensure pixel-perfect, responsive, and fast performance.
• Implement technical SEO recommendations, including schema markup, Core Web Vitals optimization, and site architecture fixes via WordPress and Webflow.
• Manage ClickUp Kanban boards for the web development team, breaking down marketing requests into actionable technical tasks.
• Oversee task allocation and ensure regular releases by removing blockers and meeting delivery timelines.
• Utilize Generative AI workflows and AI-assisted development tools to automate repetitive tasks and increase engineering efficiency.
• Perform minor content and SEO updates directly within CMS platforms.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Web Master, QA Engineer, or Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience managing and modifying content/code within WordPress and Webflow.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO principles (Core Web Vitals, indexing, structured data).
• Proficiency with tools such as ClickUp and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, Cursor, GPT, or Gemini.
• A passion for AI-driven development workflows and a continuous learning mindset.
