QA Pharmacovigilance Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing global Pharmacovigilance system auditing programs.
• Act as a lead or co-auditor for conducting and reporting audits of outsourced parties, including CROs, service providers, and vendors.
• Conduct audits for Sun Pharma sites to ensure adherence to established Quality Systems.
• Manage the Internal Audit Observation Database (IAOD) and ensure CAPAs are adequately addressed and closed.
• Review and close deviations raised at global and regional levels.
• Review and prepare Pharmacovigilance SOPs for compliance with global/regional policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Support operations teams during corporate and external audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards across all pharmacovigilance activities.

Requirements

• Post Graduate in Pharmacy (M. Pharma) or BDS.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance Quality Assurance or 2 years of experience in PSUR/Signal management.
• Strong auditing skills and high attention to detail.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
