QA & Operations Associate (Voice AI)

Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews of speech annotation, transcription, and language data deliverables
• Monitor project quality metrics to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and SLAs
• Coordinate day-to-day project operations, task allocation, and workflow management
• Manage and support a team of annotators, transcribers, and QA resources
• Track team performance, provide feedback, and assist in onboarding new team members
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and drive continuous process improvements
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Linguists, and clients to resolve operational queries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations, AI data annotation, or transcription
• Experience managing or coordinating teams in a production environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), TTS (Text-to-Speech), or Speech Annotation
• Experience in workforce planning, task allocation, and productivity tracking
• Familiarity with annotation platforms and quality review tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
