QA Manual Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for end-to-end testing scenarios
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Manage the testing lifecycle including defect tracking and reporting
• Test interactions between software and biometric or other hardware devices
• Collaborate with automation teams and cross-functional departments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manual QA
• Strong background in testing Salesforce platform applications
• Experience testing native iOS applications
• Proven experience in hardware device integration testing
• Proficiency with test case management tools like TestRail or Tricentis
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar issue-tracking systems
• Ability to work night shifts (8:30 pm to 5:30)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Familiarity with testing in a SOC 2 compliant environment
