About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manual test cases for various software applications to ensure product quality
- Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution
- Conduct thorough testing of mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms
- Design and execute API test cases using tools like Postman
- Perform API integration, performance, and database testing
- Utilize automation tools to develop and maintain scripts for regression testing
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on Manual Testing
- Proven experience in mobile app testing and API testing
- Experience in Performance and Load testing using JMeter or Locust
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation scripting using Selenium, Appium, or similar
- Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRail, and Git
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
