QA Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of AI-powered testing services across multiple application streams
• Drive the adoption and evolution of AI-powered testing tools, including GitHub Copilot and AI platforms
• Develop and execute automation scripts for Desktop, Web, and iOS Mobile native applications
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve factory efficiency
• Ensure CI/CD integration across Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and JIRA/X-Ray pipelines
• Define end-to-end testing strategies for enterprise companies across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
• Manage testing projects and prepare comprehensive test metrics documentation
• Consult with development engineers to resolve complex software debugging and problem-solving issues

Requirements

• 10+ years of QA Project Management experience
• Expertise in Playwright and Selenium automation tools
• Strong experience with AI-powered testing tools and frameworks
• Proven ability in people management and leading technical teams
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation scripting (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
• Experience in the Retail eCommerce domain
• Excellent software debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TestComplete, LambdaTest, or Postman
• Knowledge of ORPOS (Oracle tool)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting environments
