About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor, and strengthen a team of 7 QA engineers
  • Work closely with Product and Tech Leads to understand the product roadmap
  • Drive the adoption of AI-powered approaches to evolve quality engineering practices
  • Plan QA Support for all group projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality and set goals for the Editing and Productivity groups
  • Guide QA Engineers in automation, FE performance, AI, and visual testing skills
  • Perform structured performance reviews and conduct regular 1:1s
  • Participate in the hiring process for new QA engineers

Requirements

  • Experience leading or mentoring QA engineers
  • Experience identifying quality opportunities and advocating for process changes
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to break down large projects
  • Experience defining QA metrics and driving actions to reach targets
  • Experience testing complex web and mobile apps (iOS and Android)
