About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead QA activities across engineering and web applications
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
- Create and execute manual and automation test plans for functional, regression, and API testing
- Ensure test coverage, release quality, and defect reporting
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to clarify requirements
- Mentor QA engineers and oversee daily QA operations
- Contribute to CI/CD test integration
Requirements
- 8–10 years of QA experience
- 2–3 years in a lead role
- Strong automation skills with Selenium and one additional framework
- Experience testing web applications
- Hands-on experience with Java or Python for automation
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, API testing, and defect management tools
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to engineering or AEC tools and products
- Knowledge of performance or security testing tools
