Responsibilities
- Define test plans, acceptance criteria, and coverage matrices for voice, chat, and email AI agents
- Validate AI agent conversations for accuracy, tone, hallucinations, and edge cases
- Own the QA gate for releases, coordinating test cycles and managing regression suites
- Manage a distributed QA team across San Francisco and offshore locations
- Classify, prioritize, and document defects for engineering teams
- Design and implement QA processes, workflows, and documentation to support scaling
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in QA or quality assurance
- Proven track record of leading test efforts for complex products
- Experience managing or leading distributed/offshore QA teams
- Experience testing conversational AI, voice systems, chatbots, or non-deterministic products
- Strong test planning and edge-case identification skills
- Excellent communication and bug reporting skills
- Ability to build a QA function and processes from scratch
